Almost 11 months into this pandemic and we are well acquainted with the “darkness our old friend” that is maskne. Maskne (literally mask + acne), is the phenomenon of extra blemishes resulting from everyday mask wearing. We here at HMNKIND are no strangers to maskne. We–like many others–noticed breakouts and flare ups from our protective face masks. 

In order to move forward in creating a better and safer workplace, community and planet for everybody, we must continuously grapple with difficult questions:

Our HMNKIND community is small but growing, so I wanted to share more about ourselves, as well as start the new year with some of the biggest lessons we are taking from 2020 and how we intend to move into 2021.
